Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of Watch on Y App, an independent Rabbit R1 application that uses YouTube API Services and the official YouTube player.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Watch on Y App, you agree to these Terms, the Watch on Y App Privacy Policy, and the YouTube Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of the service

Watch on Y App provides a compact interface for discovering and playing YouTube videos on Rabbit R1. Public features may include public video discovery and voice search. Optional authenticated features may include read-only access to subscriptions and playlists associated with the Google account you authorize.

3. Account authorization

Connecting a Google account is optional. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for activity conducted through it. Watch on Y App does not ask for or store your Google password. You may revoke access through Watch on Y App or through your Google account permissions.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Watch on Y App to violate law, infringe intellectual property rights, interfere with YouTube, Google, Rabbit, Cloudflare, or other systems, circumvent playback restrictions, remove advertising, scrape or download content without authorization, or attempt to access another user’s data.

5. YouTube content and third-party services

Videos, channels, thumbnails, metadata, advertisements, recommendations, and other YouTube content are provided by YouTube and their respective owners. Availability may change without notice. Watch on Y App does not control YouTube content, regional restrictions, account entitlements, advertising, or the operation of third-party services.

6. Intellectual property

Watch on Y App’s original interface, branding, and code are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. YouTube, Google, Rabbit, Cloudflare, and third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners. No affiliation or endorsement is implied.

7. Service changes and availability

Watch on Y App may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Features that depend on YouTube API Services, Google authorization, Rabbit’s platform, Cloudflare, network access, or quota availability may be interrupted or unavailable.

8. Disclaimers

Watch on Y App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, the availability of any video or feature, or the accuracy of third-party content.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Watch on Y App’s publisher will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, access, revenue, or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use Watch on Y App.

10. Termination

You may stop using Watch on Y App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or platform requirements, respond to abuse, or discontinue the service. Upon logout, revocation, or deletion request, relevant stored authorization records will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms when the app or applicable platform requirements change. Continued use after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
